HOW DO I KNOW AN ITEM FITS? Sizes are illustrated together with measurements that corresponded to the body in centimeters (& inches).The size is taking by laying the measurement meter straight flat on the garment without multiplication. It states the exact measurement otherwise state.
WHEN IS MY ITEM POSTED? All items are shipped immediately or latest in the following 24 hours after purchase.
WHAT IS THE DISCOUNT FOR BUYING AT WHOLESALE? You can get a special 20% discount for purchases over £200. Please email us for any wholesale purchase demand.

CONDITION OF ITEMS
GOOD CONDITION: item is worn but in good condition without any fault
NEW: never be worn
PERFECT CONDITION: Item is worn once or twice and in perfect condition
REPAIRABLE FAULT: item is good but has a little fault that can be fixed

Refunds and Exchanges

We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase but if for any reason you want to exchange or return your order please e-mail us at [email protected] within 14 days after receiving the package to request a returns number which should accompany your return. Please repackage the item and send it back with "return" marked above our address (see contact), include copy of original invoice and the return sheet. Simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 7 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt, or exchange the item for a different one. Some products are non-returnable; these are clearly marked with a '+' next to the product name. Please note: * the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. * The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. * The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned, unless sent via special delivery.

Our Returns Policy-whereby ARIKvintage will accept returns of unwanted purchases if notified within 7 days (14 days international) of receipt and return in its received condition is a goodwill policy and we reserve the right to amend or withdraw this policy at any time. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. For Non European Union do not mark the package "return" as Customs Duties maybe charge which we would pass onto you. We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage to returned goods whilst in return transit
